This was honestly so beautiful! I have this feeling too sometimes and I love to know I'm not alone in it. One time I was at a neighbourhood bar with a friend and this old man came in and ordered a hot chocolate and sat there at the bar reading his book😭 I genuinely felt love for him in that moment
Ahh there is so much to this. Really, if we allowed our first reaction to others to be curiosity instead of anger, irritation, etc, how much better would the world be? I loved all of this
I relate to this so much. I saw a grandpa once just walking on the road and burst into tears. There's something I can't quite put my finger on, a mix of nostaliga and empathy and seeing someone sweetly and naively, I don't know how to explain it. I loved this post so much! Thanks for sharing it with me.
